İblis3: Phenomena takes the players to a first-person hellish nightmare where you go through the multiple layers of torment with the Islamic concept of Jahannam visualization. You are a soul that has committed a sin in the past and is being punished and reliving that sin on one level after another. The gameplay is a scary combination of solving environmental puzzles, stealth, and psychological horror set in detailed, large environments that continually shift between the harsh underworld brutalist architecture and the distorted, memory-laden recreations of the living world. You go through the “Gates of Hell” with each gate corresponding to a different sin. You only have a few and limited abilities, which are connected to the fragmented prayers and good deeds of your past life that no one remembers anymore.
