In Subway Simulator, users take on the role of a transit worker driving a subway train through a large, decaying city underground, where being on time, minding passengers, and an old subway system all together create a unique experience of managing intertwined systems. The main idea of the game is based on the “tension-to-traction” model, each part of the line (starting with the sun-exposed elevated rails of Overland Loop to the flooded underground passages of Bilge Line) at the same time give you real-time choices to keep the schedule, the wear-and-tear on the brake, and understanding the hand signals of the trained platform conductors whose tiredness changes during the shift.
